Show me how to be

How to dream

And how to see

Myself as a tree.

Start off as a seed,

Then grow into

My Identity.

Time it takes,

And energy

To create me

Into the person

I am meant to be.

I need to be

Watered daily

Not from things

Of this world,

But the Bible

His word,

That will

Set me free.

Storms May

Come Down

But I will

Stand my ground

I refuse to flee.

But sprout

Be moved

And pounded

Into a beautiful tree,

Created and Transformed

Into His

Perfect Identity.
